Techniques that I specialize in and offer to my clients that are tailored to your needs are:

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT): Specialized training targeting areas of pain due to injury or overworked muscles from repetitive motion.  Specific techniques are used to break up adhesions, knots, release trigger points and tight connective tissue to restore the muscles elasticity and range of motion. Whiplash, frozen shoulder, sciatica, tennis/golfers elbow, carpal tunnel and other areas that have trauma are treated with this technique.

Deep Tissue:  Targets deeper layers of muscle by applying more pressure.  More pressure doesn't mean that it is painful.  The pressure applied is to your comfort level.  

Swedish/Relaxation:  A blend of massage techniques with gentle gliding to promote deep relaxation.
